Join instructor Natalie White, and move to the beat with rhythmic exercises that target and activate the entire body. This session might be quick, but it’s no walk in the park. White uses a step deck for an additional lower-body challenge and glute activation, but if you don’t have one at home, you can still do this workout; just follow along with her classmates for modifications.
